MEXICAN VANILLA PRIMIGENIA
Vanilla planifolia is cultivated in Mexico and is characterized by a particularly aromatic and chocolatey taste. It is excellently suited for desserts, but also for meat and fish dishes.
It is said that the Aztec ruler Montezuma often enjoyed the Mexican original vanilla – for example, in the Aztec drinking chocolate “xocoatol”.

We offer our clean-label vanilla extracts made from three ingredients (water, alcohol, vanilla extract) in two concentration levels (1x, 4x). The aroma ranges from the classic sweet spectrum to spicy-heavy tobacco nuances. The exact indication of the origin of the raw material and DIN-standardised concentration process promises the greatest possible transparency for the consumer.
